We work with some of the UK's leading motor insurers to provide support services to their policyholders following an accident. Answering calls in our new claims teams this is not your usual contact centre role; you will use your great customer focus, questioning skills and product knowledge to ensure your customer receives not only an exceptional experience but the right services for them. The good part is that how you take your customer through the call, getting to know them, selecting the right services for them is up to you.

If you think you can deliver all of the above, you've got what it takes.

Realistically, it's a must that you have a solid, stable background in a customer service environment and wherever you've worked, you'll be able to show us what an exceptional service sounds and feels like. Although you don't necessarily need to have worked in a contact centre before, it will certainly help; especially if you have worked with KPIs and call quality/compliance targets.
