CustomerAdvisor

Put yourself in our customers shoes; they are just like us - normal people, trying hard to balance work, family and home ... and now they've been involved in a car accident.

So, what are you thinking?

If you're like us, you'll be thinking about how you can help, about how you can keep them on the road, get to work, do the school run, visit family and friends. Maybe you're thinking about how much it will cost to put things right?

Here at Auxillis, customers are at the centre of everything we do and if this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

We work with some of the UK's leading motor insurers to provide support services to their policyholders following an accident. Answering calls in our new claims teams this is not your usual contact centre role; you will use your great customer focus, questioning skills and product knowledge to ensure your customer receives not only an exceptional experience but the right services for them. The good part is that how you take your customer through the call, getting to know them, selecting the right services for them is up to you.

If you think you can deliver all of the above, you've got what it takes.

Realistically, it's a must that you have a solid, stable background in a customer service environment and wherever you've worked, you'll be able to show us what an exceptional service sounds and feels like. Although you don't necessarily need to have worked in a contact centre before, it will certainly help; especially if you have worked with KPIs and call quality/compliance targets.

We are picky about who we trust with our customers, so in addition you will need to show us that you:

To help you settle confidently into your new role, we'll also provide full induction training, a personalised development plan and ongoing support in a friendly, enjoyable, encouraging work environment to help you make the most of this great opportunity.

Whilst all of this already sounds pretty good, there is also lots of other great things to consider too; like a competitive basic salary to match your experience and skills, monthly bonus scheme, a range of shift patterns, company pension scheme, share-save scheme and staff discounts, your colleagues all working to the same goal ...

So if this sounds like something you can't miss out on, what are you waiting for?
