Our 27 branches across the UK, located in key locations covering the breadth of England, Scotland and Wales, provide convinient locations for us to deliver and collect hire vehicles from customers at home and work. Working as part of a branch team you will play a key role in the delivery of services to customers in the wider area. View the below map to see where we are located.

With a team of over 600 driver/valeters, service advisors and branch managers we offer a range of opportunities and working patterns. We are regularly on the lookout for new people seeking a satisfying role in regular contact with customers and an interesting and varied workload.

Committed to Quality

Our commitment to customer service is at the heart of everything we do and is essential to our success. We measure quality through our monthly Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) which surveys a fixed number of customers each month for whom we have provided services. We are reguarly scored 9/10 by cusetomers for service quality.

Customer Feedback

Within the Fleet team there are several operational service measures. These include customer complaints (YTD 0.03%), delivery and collection SLA’s YTD 99% and 95% respectively and our abandon call rate YTD 4.5%. These measures are important indicators of the high quality of service the Fleet Services team aim to deliver.

Customer Comments

As part of our monthly customer satisfaction survey we ask customer to leave additional feedback they may have about the quality of the service they have received. Again this is just a sample of the comments we received but they demonstrate how much customers appreciate the high quality service we provide.

Preparing for the Interview

Some Quick And Easy Tips To Help You Prepare

Face-to-Face Interview
  • Do some preparation. As we’ve already suggested refresh your memory, look again at your CV, our website and the job role so you can recall important details. Making a note of any questions you would like to ask is often a good idea.
  • Keep in mind first impressions do count, so make sure you turn up on time and dress appropriately for an interview in a business environment.
  • Remember, no one is trying to catch you out, we want to see you be successful, so try to relax as much as possible and be yourself.
  • Use the opportunity to clarify anything you are unclear or uncertain about.
Driving Assessment
  • For driving roles you will be asked to complete a driving assessment which will last approximately 40 minutes and consist of a short theory test and assessment of your driving skills.
  • Refreshing your knowledge of the highway code and driving test theory can help with theory part of the assessment.
  • You will be asked to drive one of our Fleet vehicles for the assessment on roads near the branch directed by the assessor - this will normally be the Branch Manager.
  • As much as possible try to relax during the driving assessment, the aim is to gauge your driving skills and style.
